Microtech Forge is a leader in the manufacturing of Forged and CNC Turned machined components for the Indian and global market.

We are an IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company engaged in business of Forging Auto components.

Microtech Forge was established in 2008 by planting its foundation with machining & high precision tool room facility in the field of manufacturing and supplying of wide assortment of Auto Components, Gear Blank and Shafts ,etc .

Under the pro-efficient leadership of the Director Mr. Hari Om Tyagi backed by their three decades of experience, the company has been witnessing great heights of excellence. Company Founded

2008 - 2015

1. Incorporated in 2008

2. Commercial production started 2010 .

3. First major customer inducted Federal Mogul Goetez ( 2010).

4. Second Major customer Federal Mogul Ignitation Products ( 2011)

5. Addition of CNC Machine Shop done with 04 Nos Turnings 2014.

6. Another major customer added (The Hi-Tech Gears ltd.) in 2014.

Company Achievement

2016 - 2020

1. In 2017, 04 Nos CNC turning Centers with 01 VMC added

2. In 2018 ,Considering adoption of Energy conservation Method Roof Top Solar system of 700 KW Capecity installed & running successfully.

3. In 2018 , German make Contour added into Metrological Lab Setup.

4. In 2019, Planning Execution started to get entering into In-House Hot Forging Facility with 2500 Sq Meter Lad Acquirement near to 100 meter of its Machining unit Location .

2020 - Present

1. Construction of Forging Unit Building & Shop Floor Done till December 2021 .

2. Forging Press 400 Ton with 300 KW Induction Heater, Band Saw Machines, Normalising , Shot Blast, Magnetic partical Inspection Machine & Complete Metallurgical Lab Machine Installation Done till End of December 2022 .

3. From August 2023 Supply of Complete Forged & Machined finish Part Condition Supply started with The Hi-Tech Engineering System ( Export Unit of THGL)

4. New Customer Added in 2024, MS Talbros Ltd .
